Billie Locke

Billie Locke: Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Billie Locke I was born in Oklahoma, raised in Colorado and relocated to Austin in the summer of 2010. My husband Jeff and I have been married for almost twenty years and have two amazing sons Dylan and Peyton. We also have two dogs Sancho and Frisco. I have been both personally and professionally involved with the Montessori curriculum and community for over ten years. I am so glad to call Lake Hills Montessori my home.

Both of my sons attended a Montessori Charter School in Colorado through sixth grade. During this time, our family became actively involved in our school community and strived to integrate Montessori principles into our home. During this journey of research and implementation, I became very interested in the Montessori classroom. I served the school that my children were in as a volunteer, but also as a paid staff member for over six years. I was in our primary community for almost two years and in the lower and upper elementary for four years serving those children at the school with special needs. I love the Montessori curriculum, community and lifestyle and I hope to serve Lake Hills for many years to come.
